During the manufacturing of sterile products, the contamination is mainly from people, the cleanroom garment and the chemical & biological substances.
Among above, the fabric and design of the cleanroom garment should make the coverall be act as a filter and keep the contamination inside the garment.
When analyze the garment as a contamination risk, it has certain standard to control the particle shedding, also called particle release. Normally we do HELMKE DRUM TESTS (IEST-RP-CC003.3) to test the particle release.
Our goods is SMS disposable cleanroom coverall Category I, the testing particles > 0.3 mm, so the maximum number of particles that can be separated/Sec is <2000 .
