Our cleanroom workshop is designed by the following standard process: Raw material warehouse- raw material receiving - Tear packaging - cut the fabric - stitching or ultrasonic heat sealing - folding - packaging - products warehouse. It can increase the running efficiency to the largest, and maintain a high standard hygiene status. |

Our Strict QC
Every product needs to pass strict inspection before packing, so as to meet the requirements of customers. 1. Correct raw material content, no tolerance on weight 2. The sewing is straight, without puckering, without skip or broken stitching 3. The measurement specifications are under the tolerances provided by the client 4. External markings on cases/cartons/boxes should comply with clients' particular requirements 5. Our factory got the CE, ISO13485 (issued by TUV), ISO9001, BSCI, DOC with REP, EN14683 TYPE I, TYPE II, TYPE IIR, EN13795, ASTM Level 2, CIBG, UKCA, and FDA 510K registration, the TYPE 4B TYPE 5, TYPE 6 certificate are in the applying.
