Hubei Kangning Protective Products Co., Ltd is a professional large-scale manufacturer of all types of nonwoven products, integrating development, production and trade together. The factory was established in 1998, located in the center of Xiantao, Hubei Province, a well-known hub of China's nonwoven industry, where we enjoy convenient transportation and advantageous raw material sources.
We are specialized in three series of products, including disposable medical consumables, industrial personal protective equipment and beauty salon spa disposable products - face masks, KF94 masks, coveralls, bed cover sets, caps, gowns, lab coats, sleeve covers, shoe covers, washing gloves and more.
To keep quality and cost under our own control, we built our own non-woven and SMS fabric production lines and can produce the fabric ourselves now. Our base materials are widely used in wet wipes, household cleaning, cosmetology, agriculture and other fields.

Two Factories, One Quality Standard
Our new factory is a 100,000-class purification workshop, designed around a standard production flow: raw material warehouse → raw material receiving → tear packaging → fabric cutting → stitching or ultrasonic heat sealing → folding → packing → finished goods warehouse.
All staff wear anti-static work suits, shoe covers and hairnets before entering, keeping every workshop clean and hair-free. Each workshop has its own QC inspector supervising quality and solving problems on the spot, and every product must pass a strict QC process before it is packed and shipped.
Our warehouse was designed and built to the high-end standard of the non-woven field. All finished products are stacked on plastic pallets to stay dry and ventilated, and the team cleans the area daily to keep it neat and tidy.
Quality Control And Testing
Higher standard quality is always our pursuit - from incoming fabric to the last carton before loading, every step is inspected and recorded.

In-process Inspection
More than 300 stable and trained workers run 43 mask machines, about 200 sewing machines, 10 vacuum compression packing machines, 10 ultrasonic heat sealing machines and dedicated lines for buttons, caps, shoe covers and scrub gloves. Every workshop has a QC inspector following the running production and correcting issues immediately.

Internal Laboratory
Our factory built an internal laboratory equipped with advanced testing devices for PFE, pulling test, tearing strength, differential pressure, fabric weight, ingredients, microbial cleanliness and synthetic blood penetration testing, so performance data can be verified before shipment.

Intelligent Inspection
To improve efficiency and reduce human error, intelligent inspection equipment was added to the mask machines: defective masks are recognised automatically. We also customised individual packaging machines and a film-wrapping machine for boxed masks, especially for the Japan market.

Packing And Warehousing
Products only move to packing after passing the strict QC process, then they are stored on plastic pallets in a dry, ventilated warehouse with daily cleaning. Over 400 high cube containers leave our factory every year for more than thirty countries and regions.
